LEP filter cartridges are pleated, depth all-polypropylene cartridges offering high flow rates, high dirt-holding capacity and broad chemical compatibility. They are the most economical filters specially designed for prolonging the service life of terminal filters. Due to their features, they are ideal for prefiltration of DI water, pure water, ultrapure water and process water, for prefiltration of RO, for prefiltration of etching and cleaning in wet process of semiconductor, and for prefiltration of gas applications in the production of semiconductor devices.
